You can add different drawing elements to an image:

Draws a freehand line in the image.
•
Draws a straight line in the image.
•
Draws a rectangle in the image. Press and hold the CTRL key to draw a square.
•
Draws an ellipse in the image. Press and hold the CTRL key to draw a circle. To draw the element centered around the mouse starting point, press and hold the ALT key.
