Industrial Applications

1. Automated PCB Testing and Inspection Jig

Utilizing the Festo CLR-16-20-L-P-A to hold delicate printed circuit boards in place during automated optical inspection (AOI) or in-circuit testing (ICT). The left-swiveling mechanism rotates the clamping finger out of the way to allow a robotic arm to load the PCB into the jig. Once positioned, the clamp swivels 90 degrees and lowers to secure the board.
