1. Vacuum Retention for Robotic Glass Handling
Integration into the vacuum circuit of a robotic manipulator used for lifting heavy glass panes or smooth panels. The valve is installed inline between the vacuum generator and the suction cups.
Problem SolvedPrevents dropped loads during power failures or hose ruptures. If the vacuum generator stops, the valve instantly closes (0.2 bar closing pressure differential), trapping the vacuum at the suction cup and keeping the heavy load suspended safely.

2. Local Air Reservoir Isolation for Critical Clamping
Used at the inlet of a local air receiver tank dedicated to safety-critical pneumatic clamps on a machining fixture. The valve permits air to fill the tank but blocks reverse flow.
Problem SolvedEliminates clamping failure caused by fluctuations in the main plant air supply. By isolating the local reservoir, the system maintains holding force (up to 10 bar) even if the upstream supply pressure dips or is disconnected.

3. Backflow Prevention in Liquid Aeration Systems
Installed on the compressed air supply line feeding into a liquid mixing tank or sparging lance used in chemical processing or water treatment.
Problem SolvedProtects upstream pneumatic components from liquid contamination. If the air supply pressure drops below the hydrostatic pressure of the tank, the valve prevents corrosive or dirty liquid from flowing back into the clean air lines and damaging regulators or valves.
