Return & Refund Policy

At Inosaki Sdn Bhd / Inosaki Enterprise (“INOSAKI”, “we”, “us”), we supply industrial, automation, and OEM products. Due to the technical nature of these products, returns and refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order on inosaki.com, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for products with verified manufacturing defects.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or external factors

  • Special-order, custom, OEM, or built-to-order items (unless defective)

All returned products are subject to manufacturer or technical inspection before approval.


2. Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return (RMA Process)

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Email sales@inosaki.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product model and serial number (if applicable)

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

All returns require approval (RMA) before shipping.
Unapproved returns may be rejected.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to INOSAKI

  • For approved defective returns:

    • INOSAKI will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


5. Inspection & Resolution

Once the returned item is received:

  • The product will be inspected by INOSAKI or the original manufacturer

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, one of the following will be provided:

    • Repair

    • Replacement

    • Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

If no defect is found, or misuse is identified:

  • The return will be rejected

  • The product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval

Bank or payment processor handling times may vary and are outside of our control.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
Approved defective items will be repaired or replaced with the same model or an equivalent product, subject to availability.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Special-order or custom products

  • OEM or built-to-print items

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of sale
