Return & Refund Policy – INOSAKI

Effective for all purchases made through INOSAKI websites


Returns (Manufacturer Defect Only)

We accept returns only for products with verified manufacturer defects.

  • Returns for non-defective products are not accepted

  • Change of mind returns are not allowed

  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment confirmation

All defective return requests are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.


Defective Products & Warranty Returns

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturer fault:

  • The product may be returned for repair or replacement

  • Customers must provide proof of defect (photos, test results, or written description)

  • All troubleshooting steps provided by INOSAKI must be completed before return approval

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

If the manufacturer determines the issue is caused by misuse, improper handling, or conditions not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all related costs.


Return Shipping Costs

For approved manufacturer-defect returns:

  • Customer pays shipping costs from their location to INOSAKI

  • INOSAKI bears the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement item back to the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not allowed

  • Product model, specification, or configuration cannot be changed after order confirmation


Refunds

Refunds are available only for order cancellations, not for delivered products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment confirmation

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Bank & Processing Fees

  • All bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction fees are borne by the customer

  • These fees will be deducted from the refund amount


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products without manufacturer defects

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified

  • Products with opened or tampered packaging (unless defective)

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Requests submitted after the 3-day cancellation window
